We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind about an unopened product, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Intact Seals: Any protective seals, shrink-wrap, or tamper-evident stickers must be unbroken.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of the delivery date.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Any package that has been opened or the seal broken.

  • Perishable goods (such as food items or herbs) once the vacuum seal is compromised.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at prakritivedafood@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Package the Item: Place the unopened item securely in its original shipping box or a sturdy alternative.

  3. Ship It Back: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Note: Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your unopened package:

  1. Inspection: We will verify that the product is in its original, unopened condition.

  2. Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and update you on the status of your refund.

  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect item or the exterior packaging was damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us immediately before attempting to open the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
